Dubai · UAE · B2B and trading

Marketing built for the companies that keep Dubai trading.

A website that loads fast on a phone in a warehouse. Ads aimed at buyers who can actually place an order. A WhatsApp setup that stops inquiries going cold overnight. No guaranteed rankings, no jargon, and nothing you cannot check for yourself.

§ 01/What we fix

Four things quietly costing trading businesses inquiries.

01A website that costs you the deal
Slow on a phone, last updated three years ago, and it does not answer the questions a new buyer asks before they will send a message.
02Inquiries that go cold
A serious RFQ arrives on WhatsApp at 10pm, gets buried under twenty other messages, and is answered two days later by someone guessing at the context.
03Invisible in search
Buyers are searching for exactly what you stock. They are finding a competitor with a worse product and a better set up website.
04Spend you cannot account for
Money went out on boosted posts and something happened, but nobody can tell you what an inquiry cost or whether any of it turned into an order.

§ 02/Core services

Five services. Each one sold on its own.

§ 03/Who we work with

We know how these businesses sell, so the advice arrives faster.

  • Trading companies

  • Wholesalers

  • Import and export businesses

  • Auto parts suppliers

  • Local Dubai SMEs

§ 04/From the founder

I started working in the UAE in 2023, after freelancing and teaching. Since then I have worked inside the kind of businesses I now build for. Customer dealing, finance, operations and marketing at Altaj Alabyad Auto Maintenance, where part of the job was bringing in clients from across the GCC. Social media, lead generation and website management at Edition Living. Marketing strategy and brand growth at Mobi King Phones, a B2B wholesaler exporting used iPhones. Alongside that, work in real estate, ecommerce and B2B trading, and right now branding and strategy for Dream Night Hypermarket.

Working inside those companies is where the idea came from. I kept meeting strong businesses, with real products, real customers and years of trade behind them, that had a weak website, almost no online presence, and no system for handling the inquiries they did get. The business was solid. The way it got found and answered online was not.

Most agencies run the same playbook whatever the industry. A trading company does not sell the way a consumer brand does. The buyers are different, the sales process is longer, most of the conversation happens on WhatsApp, and the decision usually involves more than one person. Closing that gap is the reason Digi Up exists.

I handle strategy, lead generation, social direction, website direction, talking to clients, and the last check before anything goes out. For development, technical SEO, ads, design and video I bring in people who do that one thing well, and you will know who is working on what. What I will not promise is guaranteed sales, guaranteed leads, or instant rankings. What I will promise is a clear strategy, work done properly, reporting you can check, and steady improvement.

§ 05/How we work

Five steps, and you know what lands at the end of each one.

  1. 01

    Audit

We look before we pitch. Your site, how you show up in search, how inquiries reach you today, and what the companies you compete with in the same trade are doing better. Usually a few days.

    You get

A short written summary of what is costing you inquiries, in plain language.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We pick the smallest number of things that will change how many inquiries you get, and we say plainly what we are choosing not to do. A plan nobody has time to run is not a plan.

    You get

A scope with fixed deliverables, a price range, and a real timeline.

  3. 03

    Execution

The work gets built, and you see it as it happens rather than at a reveal. Surprises at the end are how projects get built twice, and the second time is on someone's budget.

    You get

The thing itself: site, campaign, or inquiry system, tested before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Report

Monthly, in language you could repeat to a partner without translating it. What went out, what came in, what an inquiry cost. No dashboard screenshots that look busy and say nothing.

    You get

A short report with the numbers that decide the next month.

  5. 05

    Improve

We change what the numbers say to change. Some months that means spending more. Some months it means telling you to stop paying for something that is not working, which is the harder message and the more useful one.

    You get

A specific next action, with the reasoning attached to it.

§ 06/Selected work

Real client projects, and sample projects labelled as exactly that.

§ 07/Why us

Founder-led delivery
The person who answers your first message is the person who does the work. There is no account manager relaying it to someone you never meet.
One market, known properly
We work with B2B and trading businesses in the UAE. You will not spend the first call explaining what an RFQ is, or why a buyer wants an MOQ before a price.
Reporting you can check
You get told when something is not working. That conversation is uncomfortable once, and expensive to keep avoiding.See the report format →
Nothing guaranteed
We do not promise rankings, leads, or sales figures. Nobody can honestly promise those, and anyone who does is guessing with your budget.

Questions we get before the first reply.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week of agreeing scope. What sets the pace after that is your content and approvals, not our availability, and we will tell you at the start if we think that is going to be the bottleneck.

We already have a website. Do we need a new one?

Often not. Plenty of sites are losing inquiries for reasons that are fixable in days, not weeks. If that is your situation we will say so, even though a rebuild would be worth more to us.

What does it cost?

One-off projects run from around AED 1,500 for an inquiry system up to AED 8,000 for a full website. Monthly work sits between AED 1,000 and AED 3,500 depending on scope. Every service page carries its own range, and we quote a specific number after we have looked at your situation.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. One-off projects are one-off. Monthly work runs month to month after the first month, because a client who stays only because they are locked in is not a client we would learn anything useful from.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Yes. Most of our work is Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, and we work with companies across the UAE. The work happens over WhatsApp and calls either way, so location rarely changes anything except which market we target.

Send a message. You will get a real answer.

Tell us what is not working. If we are the wrong people for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
